We are a buyer and designer team who have extensive experience working from high street retail to designer brands, so are able to bring a wealth of knowledge and contacts to your project or business.
Design
Everything starts with an idea. We brainstorm and collaborate with our clients to get the design process underway. We then transform these designs into colour-ups or photo real CADS to illustrate and range build together.
Working with trims, colour and fabrications these designs come to life, having perfect synergy with your brand and price point requirements. These are then made into technical drawings and specs for the factory to the create samples.
We work as much as possible with CAD and 3D design to review with our clients before sampling to minimise wastage.
Sourcing
Finding the right factory to make your shoes can be challenging. Building a partnership with your factory is even more crucial to ensure you have a mutual understanding of the footwear you want to produce for your customer.
We can support you selecting and building relationships with the right factory based on several factors including cost, handwriting, minimums as well as if they share your environmental and ethical values.
We are able to connect you with high quality and trusted factories globally that we have worked with over the years, who can help you on your journey to creating your dream footwear collection.
Sampling & Fitting
All your ideas come alive when the sample is made! The sampling process can be time consuming and expensive, so we are able to use our experience of understanding what it takes to get a beautiful set of samples ready to place an order.
We can also help take care of the fitting and confirmation sample process if needed to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
Range Planning
Building a well considered and balanced range is an essential part of growing the profitability of your brand.
Pricing architecture, options, category framework, margins and volume are some of the elements that must all work seamlessly together to create your range.

Sustainability
We have extensive experience in developing and sourcing footwear with the aim of reducing our impact on the environment. We are constantly researching this area to ensure we are aware of the latest innovations, communicating with factories we work with globally to allow our clients access to these materials and processes.
We can also design and implement fully recycled and recyclable packaging for your collection.
